Our People

First Church's congregation consists of a diverse group of people from various backgrounds and traditions.  We are young and old, married and single, native New Yorkers and newcomers to the city.  We represent culural traditions from Africa, the Carribbean, the United Kingdom, Europe and North America.  Some of us are life-long Anglicans, while the rest come from a variety of worship experiences.  We are a community of people coming together in love, fellowship and worship, all in the name of the Lord Jesus.
